Training Options
At this location we offer several opportunities to work with a professional coach:
- Personal training – 1 on 1 training personalized for members to meet their goals
- Semi-private training – up to 3 participants completing personalized workouts side by side
- Small group training – up to 5 participants completing functional full-body workouts together
- ForeverFit – up to 6 participants completing extra accessible full-body workouts together
These options are designed to meet a variety of needs. ForeverFit is designed for those in or approaching retirement and seeking to build or maintain fitness to stay independent, active, and mentally sharp.
Personal, semi-private, and small group training are geared toward busy professionals ready to prioritize their health and fitness.
All our programs include collaboration for H2O physical therapy clients seeking to build off healthy momentum following treatment. Once given clearance to work with us, we collaborate with the PTs to program workouts that safely and effectively promote regaining fitness or building new capacity.
A flexible schedule
Train on your own time with the coach of your choosing. Our coaches work around your schedule, not the other way around.

Our coaches collaborate with the physical therapy team at H2O to ensure your fitness program aligns with their treatment plan and goals.
