Let’s schedule a 15 minute call with one of our coaches to run through any questions you may have, go through our procedures/values, and talk about what to expect while at Beacon. At the end of the call we will either set you up for an intro session which is included in your first months membership or send you a link to try us out for a free class before you decide if we are a good match!

I've done CrossFit for 3 months or more.

We are looking forward to getting you into class. Let’s schedule a call to get you signed up!!  On this call we will be able to answer any questions you may have about Beacon, talk to you about membership and what to expect while at Beacon.

We want to learn more about you! If you are brand new to CrossFit or want a refresher, our new member coordinator will set up a 90 minute intro session which includes a movement assessment. Getting to know you is essential to supporting your goals.


If you have experience, we will set up a 45 minute into which will be an abbreviated version of the above.

Take Your First Class

After your in person introduction with our new member coordinator, you will sign up for your first class at Beacon!! You will arrive at Beacon, meet your coach, and have a great workout.  Our community helps keep you accountable and supports you as you start your journey to a happier, healthier you!

We know walking through the door is the hardest part. You take the first step and we’ll meet you where you are.


What are your gym's procedures during the pandemic?
  • Pre-registration is required through WODify with a maximum capacity of 10.
  • Be on time for class, the coach will be in the side parking lot 10 minutes before class and available to answer questions.
  • Maintain at least six feet of personal space
  • Sanitize your hands and wear a face covering when entering the building to gather equipment
  • Disinfect equipment and mat before and after use
  • Stay at your workout station and cheer others on until the whole class is finished with the WOD (Do not spray cleaner while others are still working out.)
  • In accordance with State regulations the building is closed to the public and restrooms will be reserved for emergencies only, please plan accordingly
What will my first time in your gym be like?

Your first time into Beacon, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, go through the WOD, and walk through what you can expect during class.

What’s your drop-in policy?

We love nothing more than having visitors from other boxes come “throw down” with us!
If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $25 per day or offer a week-long punch pass for $60.

Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign and introduce you to Beacon. You can find our class schedule Here.

How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.

I’m not in very good shape… can I still do the WOD?

The very first thing you will discover is that Beacon does not discriminate. Whether you are young at heart, or have just completed your 50th marathon, or are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, or walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years…We will help you achieve your fitness goals.

One of the things that makes Beacon so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. Bodies – our bodies – come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.

Can I do my own thing during class?

For any athletes who have experience with the CrossFit methodology or Weightlifting, we have an Open Gym area where you can follow your own programming. We only ask that you follow our house rules.

They are:

  1. Reserve your spot on WODify
  2. Wipe all equipment after use
  3. Have fun!
I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.
