CrossFit

Our group CrossFit classes use the proven functional fitness methodology of CrossFit paired with professional coaching and a focus on longevity in our bodies. The result is a fitness program that can be tailored to meet you right where you are and move you toward your fitness goals with a focus on fun and connection.

Small Group Classes

Classes are capped at 5 to 6 people and are a full body strength and conditioning program, modified to each member of the group making this program great for those new to fitness or returning after life took them away from their workout routine. Classes are 45-minutes to accommodate your busy schedule!

The Momma Movement Strength and Conditioning

The Momma Movement Small Group Strength and Conditioning classes are built on the belief that women experiencing the transition to motherhood deserve to feel strong and connected to their bodies. These classes are specifically designed for moms and moms-to-be to stay connected to their core so they can thrive and move freely.

Semi-Private training at Beacon Community Fitness
Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training is the sweet spot between personal training and group classes. You’ll train alongside up to 2 other people (3 total per coach), but each of you will follow a program written specifically for your goals, your abilities, and your progress. Every session is 60 minutes and it’s like having the accountability and personalization of 1:1 training with the added energy of a small group.

Personal Training

Personalized instruction means that every second of your gym time is devoted to meeting your needs. Your personal coach can help you build a specific skill set, strengthen weak areas, gain a competitive edge in your sport, and stay motivated to reach your goals.

The Momma Movement Core Reconnect

This is a 4-week week series focused on an intentional return to movement in the immediate postpartum Momma (6+ weeks). Focus is on core stabilization prior to resuming pre-pregnancy physical activity. This program is also great for women who are further along in their motherhood journey that are experiencing core/pelvic floor.
