Fall Session

Session length: 8 weeks
Tots (Ages 3 to 5) Sundays 10:45 – 11:15 AM (Max class size is 6) – Register HERE
Kids (Ages 7 to 11) – Sundays 11:30 – 12:15 (Max class size is 10) – Register HERE
Teens (Ages 12+) – Tuesday and/or Thursday 6:45 – 7:30 PM – (Max class size is 10) – click on the day to register!
Why our youth program?
It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t.
The best thing we can do is make them strong.
Through our youth fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.
We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of gymnastics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.
