CrossFit
Whether you are brand new to CrossFit or a seasoned CrossFitter looking for a new box to call home, all our new members start with a mixture of Introductory sessions and strategy sessions. From there, you transition into a monthly membership with 90 day goal review sessions.
Youth CrossFit (Box Tots, Box Kids & Box Teens)
CrossFit for ages 3 to 17 age appropriate fitness, fun and connection!
RetiredFit
CrossFit for those 65 and over to empower you to feel confident in tackling daily projects and live an active and healthy lifestyle in your retirement. We use functional fitness for longevity, vitality and independence for seniors 65 and over. The program will focus on movement through our bodies’ natural ranges of motion in ways that mimic our daily tasks like, carrying, lifting, getting up off the floor, sitting and standing and more!
Core Reconnect
For any postpartum women who has been cleared by their doctor/midwife to return to exercise and wants to return to movement safely and intentionally to prevent or improve core dysfunction symptoms (low back pain, pelvic floor heaviness, urinary leakage). This program is designed to be done prior to returning to your fitness of choice (CrossFit, weight lifting, running, yoga etc).
MomFit
For any postpartum women who has completed our Core Reconnect program and wants to return to fitness safely and intentionally to prevent or improve core dysfunction symptoms (low back pain, pelvic floor heaviness, urinary leakage). This program is designed to be done after completion of our Core Reconnect program. Each class includes breathwork, core stability work and a mixture of weight training and conditioning tailored to your individual needs in your postpartum return to movement.
Pre/postnatal Strength & Conditioning
We use intentional breath work in conjunction with functional movements to stabilize the core and build/maintain a dynamic core to move safely and meet the demands of motherhood.
