Pull-up Grade Challenge

Want to improve your strict gymnastics game?! This 8-week challenge can be started anytime and is delivered via the Kajabi on-line learning platform. This program is a collaboration between Beacon and 3Levels.org, Coach Tyson explains it best here (video).

Mindset Coaching – $169/month

We believe that the mindset you bring into the gym will affect your experience from your performance in your workouts, to the relationships you build. It is our goal to help you get unstuck and work with you to create shifts that allow you to reach your goals and find joy in the challenges along the way.

Whether you’re looking to get the most out of your hour at the gym, dial in your competitive mindset, move through injury or setback or simply reinvigorate your connection to self through fitness, we are here to support you in working smarter not harder. Through personalized 1:1 on coaching, we will work with you to gain insight into what is keeping you stuck and provide small, manageable action-oriented steps to disrupt what’s holding you back and learn how to think and achieve with intention.

Action Plan and Goal Setting

Weekly 30-minute mindset session with your coach

Email/message accountability check ins as needed

CrossFit Through Pregnancy – $49/month

Physical fitness during pregnancy is not only allowed, it is recommended because of its link to positive health outcomes for both mom and baby. As your goals shift to growing a human your CrossFit needs to shift along with it. Physiological changes begin at conception and adjustments at the gym are appropriate as early as 4 weeks pregnant. This doesn’t mean doing less, it simply means doing differently. This program is for both CrossFit Beacon members and any woman who wants the guidance of an expert Momma Coach while remaining at their local box.
