Exposing athletes to novel movements, and physical challenges that enhance body awareness and cognitive stimulation. lncrease cardio respiratory conditioning and establish a link between heart rate elevation and improved mood, memory, focus, anxiety reduction. Create a comfortable social environment that encourages student creativity, peer engagement, and accountability. For those wishing to move onto a regular CrossFit class, this program will provide the foundation to be successful.
