Looking to be a Beacon member? Join us on the first Saturday of each month at 9:30am for a free class to check us out! Just like all our classes you can expect a great workout that includes constantly varied functional movements performed at a relatively high intensity. The workout is always fully scalable for all levels of fitness.

  • 6-week Start-up Program
    • – $60 to $110/week Because our approach is centered around tailoring each and every class specifically to you it is important that we get to know you and you get to know where your starting line is. To accomplish this we offer a variety of start-up packages that differ in the level of one-on-one consultation, however they all include:
        • Introductory CrossFit session(s) – Getting to know how you move and teaching or reviewing the foundational movements used in our CrossFit classes.
        • Strategy session(s) – Follow-up session once you have begun taking group CrossFit classes.
        • Unlimited CrossFit Membership
        • Nutrition Start-up – One or more sessions with our Nutrition Coach to align your nutrition with your fitness goals.
        • Mindset Start-up – One or more sessions with our Mindset Coach to set your intentions for how you show up to tackle your goals.

  • Unlimited CrossFit Membership – $160/month
    • Our membership option for individuals who have completed their introductory sessions to get to work building their fitness buffer in a safe, supportive and fun environment. Each class includes a coach-led warm-up, a strength or skill session followed by a workout programmed to meet each participant at their individual fitness level and finished with a cool-down. Members choose a primary location that this pass includes access to.
      • Portland – Each class is capped at 15 people
      • Scarborough – Each class is capped at 6 people
  • Personal Training
    • Our professional coaching staff loves to tailor workout programs specifically for members and their goals.  Whether it’s to hike a 4,000 foot mountain, PR a marathon or be able to pick your grandkids up with confidence, we can tailor a program just for you. We offer individual or small group (up to three people) personal training for movement tune-ups and crushing goals alongside our CrossFit classes 4 as well as completely personalized programs.
