At Beacon Community Fitness in Portland, ME, HYROX gives your training a clear purpose. It’s structured, high-energy, and built to challenge you in the best way. Whether you’re looking for something to push you, keep you consistent, or just get you excited to train again, HYROX delivers.
This isn’t random training. Every HYROX session at Beacon Community Fitness follows a clear format, led by coaches who know how to push you safely and effectively. You’ll train with purpose, build real-world strength and endurance, and have fun in the process.
Each HYROX session follows the same race-style format: intervals of running and skiing paired with functional stations like sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, and sandbag carries. You’ll know what to expect—but it never gets easy. That consistency is what helps you train harder and see real progress.
You don’t need to be an elite athlete to start. Every workout is coach-led and adjustable based on your experience, ability, and goals. Whether you’re just getting back into training or chasing a PR, we’ll help you train hard, reach your goals, and stay consistent—without burning out.
What keeps people coming back isn’t just the programming—it’s the people. HYROX at Kilo means training alongside others who are showing up, pushing themselves, and keeping each other motivated. With in-house events and optional race prep, there’s always something to work toward—and someone cheering you on.
