What started out as occasional nutrition challenges to show members the benefits of eating high quality foods in quantities that support their goals has transformed into a nutrition coaching model to better support the uniqueness of each of our nutritional needs and goals.

There’s no denying there is no one ‘right’ way to eat and that what we eat, how we eat and why we eat has an important impact on our overall health and fitness. LIght the Way Nutrition’s philosophy is based on the belief that there is no one ‘right’ way to eat. Nutrition doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective, but it does need to be targeted toward our individual needs and bodies, and it needs to be sustainable.

In order to achieve optimal health and fitness we believe that while no two people’s nutrition will looks identical the recipe for success includes that 80% of the time we:

  • eat nutrient dense minimally processed foods
  • eat food in quantities that supports our goals
  • eat while being present and connected to your food, the people you are with as well as our bodies while eating.
