Consistency Club: Why Showing Up Matters

Consistency isn’t flashy. It’s not a before-and-after photo or a single great workout. But over time, it’s the one thing that changes everything.

Across our gyms, one of our core beliefs is that progress comes from showing up again and again for the training you’ve committed to. Not perfectly. Not endlessly motivated. Just consistently. That belief is what led us to create the Consistency Club, a monthly recognition program designed to support accountability, celebrate effort, and reinforce the habits that actually move the needle.


Why Consistency Matters

Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do. They struggle because life gets busy, routines get disrupted, and it’s easy to fall off track. Consistency creates structure when motivation fades. It turns intentions into habits and habits into results.

From strength gains and improved conditioning to better energy, confidence, and resilience nearly every meaningful outcome we see can be traced back to one simple thing: regular attendance over time.

That’s why accountability matters. And that’s why we’ve built systems not just workouts to help people follow through.


What Is the Consistency Club?

The Consistency Club is our way of recognizing individuals who show up for their training commitments each month.

Each program we offer looks a little different, so the requirements vary based on your specific training plan and level of commitment. Whether someone is training a few days per week or following a higher-volume program, the goal is the same: meet the standard you committed to.

  • CrossFit is 16 or more classes per month
  • Small Group is attending both of your weekly sessions
  • Personal Training depends on how many days a week you commit to training 

How We Support Accountability

Consistency doesn’t happen by accident it’s supported by intentional coaching and systems. Across our gyms, we:

  • Help members set realistic, sustainable training commitments
  • Track attendance so effort or absence doesn’t go unnoticed
  • Check in when patterns change
  • Create an environment where showing up is expected, encouraged, and celebrated

This kind of accountability isn’t about pressure it’s about support. Knowing someone notices when you show up (or when you don’t) is powerful.

Why We Do This

Helping people build consistency is one of the most impactful things we do as coaches.

When someone learns they can show up reliably for their health, their training, and themselves that confidence carries into every other area of life. And that’s bigger than fitness.

The Consistency Club is just one way we reinforce that message: progress comes from commitment, accountability, and community.

And we’re proud to celebrate that every single month. This year as we warp up 2025 we are so excited to celebrate 26 people who made Consistency Club every month of last year!
