Life is busy, especially during the holidays. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in workouts, finding time to cook healthy meals can feel impossible. But here’s the thing: it doesn’t have to be!

You don’t need to prep every meal for the entire week. Start by prepping just one or two meals to make your busiest days easier. Even having a quick lunch or dinner ready can be a game-changer.
Meal prep isn’t about being perfect—it’s about making your life easier. A little effort now means more energy for workouts, fewer decisions during the week, and a better chance of staying on track with your goals.
