Sometimes, I joke that the only reason I stay consistent is because I own the gym—but let’s be real, even that’s not always enough! Life gets busy, the to-do list never ends, and sometimes the couch is calling my name. But I also know that my fitness is non-negotiable for my long-term health, so I’ve built in layers of accountability to keep me moving.
Right now, that looks like:
👉 Working with a personal trainer once a week to focus on my specific goals (hello, lower body strength!)
👉 Having a coach who checks in to make sure I’m completing my other workouts
👉 Being surrounded by a community of awesome coaches and members who make working out fun and motivating

✅ Set Realistic Goals – If you’re currently working out once a week, don’t suddenly jump to five! Let’s bump it up to two and build from there.
✅ Schedule Your Workouts – Put your workouts on the calendar like any other important appointment. Make them non-negotiable!
✅ Find a Workout Buddy – Having a partner makes workouts way more fun and keeps you accountable. Don’t have one yet? No worries—Beacon’s community is full of people who will cheer you on.
✅ Mix It Up – A well-rounded routine includes strength, cardio, and mobility—so don’t get stuck doing the same thing every time. Let’s keep it fresh!
